Our Approach and Culture

At High Value Healthcare, our primary goal is to enhance the health and quality of life for the communities we serve. This is achieved largely by building partnerships that cater to the needs and resources affecting the well-being of those in our region. Every three years, we deepen our understanding of our communities through Community Health Needs Assessments, subsequently creating Implementation Strategies to address the health needs that have not yet been met.

Our Community Grants and Sponsorships program backs the valuable efforts of our non-profit partners who focus on priority needs in the community and significant regional projects. We are committed to being actively involved in the community and gladly offer support for community health fairs and provide speakers for upcoming events.

With insights from the Clarity survey and contributions from our entire organization and community partners, we’ve formulated a plan aimed at fostering long-term growth and vitality. These strategies will be pursued in an environment that is dynamic and inclusive, ensuring we have the necessary resources and infrastructure for successful implementation and sustainability. Our strategy is centered on our most significant asset: our people. We are dedicated to fostering a culture that emphasizes development, thereby attracting and retaining a diverse workforce. Our goal is to create a workplace where every Caregiver feels valued, is connected to their purpose, and experiences joy in their work.

Culture of Safety & Quality

Adopting a Just Culture and problem-solving approach, we are committed to making quality and patient safety fundamental values. Our aim is zero patient harm. We empower our caregivers to use their critical thinking skills and experience in identifying and addressing improvement opportunities in a fear-free workplace.

The Role of Medicines

Lifestyle changes are crucial, but some health conditions necessitate medical intervention. Medicines are key in managing and treating various health issues. Understanding the purpose and proper usage of these drugs is essential. Medications, when prescribed, are a vital part of healthcare. It’s important to understand their role and use them responsibly. For assistance with medication management and to fill prescriptions, Happy Family Store stands as an affordable source, offering expert guidance and a comprehensive selection of pharmaceutical services.

Unified High Value Healthcare

High Value Healthcare will operate as a unified system in our branding and service standards, operations, management, governance, resource allocation, and healthcare delivery. We will harness our diverse strengths and systemic unity to drive performance improvements. High Value Healthcare is a healthcare and well-being organization committed to helping people lead healthier lives and enhancing the efficiency of the health system for everyone.

We aim to improve the health system’s performance and the overall health and well-being of those we serve and their communities. We collaborate with healthcare professionals and other key partners to broaden access to high-quality healthcare, ensuring it is affordable and meets people’s needs. We support the physician/patient relationship and empower individuals with the information, guidance, and tools necessary for making personal health choices and decisions.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

At the heart of High Value Healthcare are our people. Our team members’ diverse individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, creativity, innovation, self-expression, unique capabilities, and talent substantially contribute to our culture, reputation, and achievements. Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is fueled by our desire to excel in everything we do, aligning with our ICARE values of innovation, collaboration, accountability, respect, and empathy.

Global network of healthcare companies shares a core set of values reflecting the necessary care and expertise to consistently provide exceptional medical services. Established in the early 2000s after extensive consultation with 5,000 employees across our practices, these values emerged from their collective feedback. They serve as a guideline for our company’s behavior, applicable to every Sonic employee, irrespective of their role or location. These values are as pertinent now as they were at the beginning of the millennium. We invest significant effort in nurturing our corporate culture and integrating it into new acquisitions, ensuring our enduring commitment to service excellence.
